Garlic soup

Its been awhile since my last post and I apologize for not updating my recipes that much, I've been a little busy finalizing all my requirements in school but now am back and was thinking of what recipe to share with you guys, so I decided to share to you the first soup recipe I've learned and the most easy (i think), garlic soup. Ok so lets get started.

Ingredients: (good for one person only)
1 Clove of Garlic crushed and chop
a little oil or butter
1 cup of water
Bread crumbs ( I used garlic toast then I made bread crumbs out of it)
salt and pepper to taste (you can also use a little ginisa mix)
1 whole egg

Procedure:
1. Fry the Garlic in a little oil until it slowly turns to brown.
2. Add Bread Crumbs then season it with salt and pepper or with ginisa mix.
3. Add a cup of water and simmer for around 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Turn off the fire then add one fresh egg and mix then serve.

Optional:
You can also add miswa or pancit molo into this soup, it depends upon your creativity :)

Ok so until next time...itadakimasu!!
